Allegations
This case involves the conviction of the registrant, a pharmacist, for two extremely serious offences related to child sexual exploitation. The offences took place between 8 and 21 February 2024 and involved the registrant attempting to engage in sexual communication with someone he believed to be a child under 16, and subsequently attempting to meet them. It was later revealed that the “child” was actually a decoy operated by law enforcement. Nevertheless, the registrant’s intentions were clear and disturbing, culminating in criminal proceedings at Teesside Crown Court.
