This case concerned a pharmacist who, during a routine consultation in January 2024, expressed personal and scientifically unverified views about COVID-19 vaccination to a patient. Although no physical harm resulted, the Fitness to Practise Committee found that the registrant’s conduct amounted to serious professional misconduct. While the risk of repetition was deemed low due to significant insight and remediation, impairment was found on public interest grounds. The final outcome was a published Warning for 12 months .
