Allegations:
- Between November 2024 and December 2024, whilst working as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber for IQ Doctor:
- Accessed Patient A’s contact information without clinical justification.
- Sent a WhatsApp message to Patient A falsely claiming he was attempting to contact “Aaron” and may have used the wrong number.
- Accessed Patient B’s contact information without clinical justification.
- Sent a similar WhatsApp message to Patient B under the same false pretence.
- The actions at paragraph 1 were alleged to be sexually motivated.
- The actions at paragraph 1 were dishonest in that the registrant:
- Knew the information contained in the WhatsApp messages was untrue.
- Sought to mislead Patients A and/or B into believing he had a legitimate reason to contact them.
Outcome: Suspension Order for 12 months with a review; Interim Suspension Order imposed.

Case Summary
Allegations
This case concerned a pharmacist independent prescriber working remotely for IQ Doctor, an online service providing weight management treatment, including the GLP-1 receptor agonist Mounjaro (tirzepatide). As part of remote prescribing protocols, patients were required to submit photographs to support BMI verification and monitor weight-loss progress.
On 29 November 2024, Patient A submitted an online request for Mounjaro and uploaded progress photographs, including images in underwear. The registrant reviewed the request and approved prescribing. Shortly after accessing the patient’s clinical dashboard, he copied her telephone number from the secure system into his personal diary.
