Case Summary

Allegations

This case concerned repeated and escalating sexual misconduct towards two female colleagues in hospital pharmacy settings. The allegations covered two separate periods, beginning with conduct towards Colleague B between approximately 2012 and 2014 and culminating in a serious incident involving Colleague A in September 2022.

Colleague B described a pattern in which the registrant would put their hands around her waist and pull her towards their body. She said this happened openly and repeatedly and had effectively become a “habit”. On another occasion, the registrant attempted to touch her head or face. Colleague B reacted physically by attempting to slap the registrant, although the contact was with the registrant’s hand after they stepped backwards.
