Allegations
This case concerned a pharmacist who had previously been suspended for six months following a police conditional caution and associated regulatory misconduct. The underlying incident took place away from the pharmacy setting, in a car park at around 5.55pm. A female member of the public reported seeing the registrant standing at the front of a car with their penis exposed. The witness described the registrant as looking towards her and engaging in conduct that she interpreted as deliberate and sexually inappropriate.
