  • a. For which she did not have a purchase receipt. (Admitted)
  • b. In circumstances where she was not certain whether the items had been purchased from Boots. (Admitted)
  • c. One of which was processed under a colleague’s operator code without their knowledge. (Not proved)
  • Between approximately February and March 2023, she purported to show a colleague a genuine purchase receipt for a Dyson product when she did not have such a receipt. (No case to answer)
  • Her actions at 1(a) and/or 1(b) lacked integrity in that she knew she was not entitled to refunds into her bank account in those circumstances. (Admitted and proved)
  • Her actions at 1(c) were dishonest in that she sought to conceal that she was performing a refund to herself and did not have permission to use the colleague’s operator code. (Not proved)
  • Her actions at 2 were dishonest in that she sought to mislead a colleague to believe that she had a receipt when she did not. (No case to answer)
