- Between July 2024 and August 2024, on a number of occasions, the registrant removed prescription-only medication containing codeine from the pharmacy for their own use or benefit.
- During August 2024, on a number of occasions, the registrant removed the prescription-only medicine omeprazole from the pharmacy for their own use or benefit.
- The registrant ordered and/or removed Naramig 2.5 mg tablets from the pharmacy for their own use or benefit.
- The registrant’s actions were dishonest because: The registrant did not pay for the medication; The registrant knew that they were not entitled to remove the medication.
Outcome: Extended the existing suspension order for a further three months, with a review to take place before the order expires.

The medicines involved were clinically significant and included medication containing codeine, omeprazole and Naramig 2.5 mg tablets. The codeine-containing medication was removed on a number of occasions between July and August 2024. The registrant admitted this conduct, and the allegation was found proved.
